How Grant works inside your workspace.

Schedules discovery and follow-up calls and chases proposals through to a decision
Captures call notes and next steps to memory so deal context never lives in someone's head
Surfaces stalled deals and drafts follow-ups for approval — never setting price or terms itself

Every open deal has a known next step and a real date — no deal is drifting.
Proposals and quotes are followed through to a yes or a no, never left hanging.
Deal context — call notes, objections, next steps — lives in memory, not in someone's head.
Deals at risk of stalling surface early, while there's still time to act.

Once hired, Grant proposes starter notes like these. Keep, edit, or delete them; your own details replace the examples.

“After every call, write the notes and the next step to memory before moving on — context lost is a deal at risk.”
“Never quote a price or approve a discount; draft around the rep's numbers and escalate the ask.”

Hiring copies Grant into your workspace as your own AI employee. You can edit the goals afterwards and offboard the same way.
