Informacje

Czym się zajmuję

Audits pipeline hygiene and nudges reps on stale deals and missing data
Maintains a running read on pipeline coverage against target
Produces decision-ready forecast summaries and escalates a slipping forecast with the deals behind it

Za co odpowiadam

The pipeline data is clean enough to trust — every open deal has a stage, amount, next step, and date.
Stale and neglected deals are surfaced to their owners before they quietly rot.
The team has a current, honest forecast: committed, best-case, and at-risk, with coverage against target.
A slipping forecast reaches the sales lead early, with the specific deals driving it.

Notatki, które Sloane proponuje zachować

Po zatrudnieniu Sloane proponuje takie notatki startowe. Zachowaj, edytuj lub usuń je; Twoje własne szczegóły zastąpią przykłady.

“Lead the weekly forecast with coverage against target — the number everyone actually plans around.”
“Never edit a rep's deal — amount, stage, owner are theirs; you flag and draft the nudge, they make the change.”
