Joli studio de 20m2 avec couchage en mezzanine au 1er étage d’un immeuble typique provençal, situé dans le centre historique d’Aix en Provence. À deux pas de la rue d’Italie, réputée pour ses commerçants et débouchant sur le célèbre cours Mirabeau. Dans cet agréable quartier vous trouverez toutes les commodités. Le logement dispose de deux grandes fenêtres lui apportant beaucoup de lumière. N’hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour tout renseignement! The place has a comfortable, pleasant aesthetic. The AC works well, and despite being next to a busy street, when the windows are closed, the noise insulation is surprisingly good. The one issue i had with the place was that the bed close to the ceiling was not practical at all. All the hot air rises to the ceiling so the bed area is too hot and stuffy to sleep in. The AC does not reach the ceiling; most of the cold air stay close to the floor. I later figured out i could use the couch bed which was super comfortable, but the studio is already extremely small, so there was little space for other places like the table.
